  • Good anger is being angry at what makes God angry
  • Good anger is a righteous response to evil, injustice.
  • Good anger defends something precious; or attacks something wicked or unjust.

  1. Admit your anger.
  2. Slow down in your anger.
  3. Understand your anger – what’s it saying? What’s being threatened?
  4. Set your core motives before God and relinquish them.
  5. Embrace God’s gracious ways with you.
  6. Extend Christ’s grace and forgiveness to others.
