1. God’s sovereign plan is unchangeable — it cannot be reversed
   Example: The 70 year Babylonian Captivity (Jer. 25:11-12; Jer. 29:10-14; Daniel 9:1-3)

 

2. Martyrdom is not a surprise to God (Rev. 6:9-11; Rev. 13:5-10; Rev. 17:5-6)

 

3. In His time, God will exact His vengeance
   His wrath will come and His saints will be rewarded (Rev. 11:15-18)
   His judgements are just and true (Rev. 16:4-7)
4. God will reward His saints (Rev. 14:12-13; Rev. 20:4-6)
5. We are called to be overcomers
   The saints overcame by the blood of the Lamb, their testimony, and they loved not their lives even unto death (Rev. 12:11)
   Count or consider yourselves worthy to suffer for the sake of Christ (Acts 5:41-42)
   Do not be surprised if things become more difficult. Do not let it shake your faith.
