- Those who seek elsewhere for their greatest good will be sorely disappointed
- We enjoy God as our portion through heart-to-heart fellowship: receiving His revelation and expressing our hearts back to Him
- We enjoy God’s presence in the context of fulfilling His revealed will
- Eternal resurrection is our ultimate hope of joy, strengthening us with comfort and anticipation here and now
