How can we apply?
1. Recognize that seeking Christ, His kingdom, and His righteousness proceed from faith (vs 30).
2. As in vss 28-30, the flowers do not earn their glorious beauty — it is entirely given to them by God — pure grace! So for us.
3. Vs 26 — Our heavenly Father does feed the birds, but the birds work diligently to find and eat it. Same for us.
4. Remember that Jesus here is not “ruling out all material possessions and all provision for your earthly future.” Rather, your priority is to be seeking the kingdom of heaven over the mammon of earth.
