In Jude 5-10 we see three basic areas of masquerading, which is another word for hypocrisy. We see how dangerous these things are in other people’s lives and also how dangerous they are in our own lives. We also have a fresh reminder that our only hope is our Lord Jesus Christ.
The simple, pure gospel of God’s saving grace through Jesus is under attack – always! Christians must contend for the faith by exposing error and exalting their Savior!
